Avoid! Questionable practices! Triple charge but no compensation...
They triple charged my card! Once I contacted them, they advised they would refund everything however they have failed to do so. What sort of company is this that overcharge customers and don’t provide any form of compensation despite explicitly initially agreeing to do so???
After many chasers, the message is clear! Essentially the company thinks is fine to overcharge customers and unless they notice it they will pocket your money. If customers notice the overcharge and report it, kabbee will refund the overcharge however they don’t provide any sort of compensation.
Asked them to raise a complaint, their response is to write a letter and send it by post to their Head office. Well done, you nailed it, great policy in 2020...
So anyone who reads this, are you sure you want to deal with such firm??

The comment about topping up my account due to my own free will is irrelevant. Clearly this is a known 'bug' and you are trying to blame customers for something not in their control...

Poor customer service and clunky app
Money was taken incorrectly from my debit card when I was amending a booking made well in advance. I am now unable to have this refunded back and struggling to connect with their customer support to get this issue resolved. I have had money taken from these people, who are now not responding, and having seen their terrible reviews online it seems that it will be tricky to get this solved at all.

Driver refused to take M25 and ask for MORE money to take the FASTEST route and was extremely rude. The APP advertised OTHERWISE and therefore I was misled.
Customer service refuse to do anything. Avoid this scam company.

This was the first time I used Kabbee…
This was the first time I used Kabbee over uber to go to the airport. The driver was great, and patient (forgot my passport and had to go back and collect it). Price wise nearly half of the quoted Uber for the same journey. I will definitely use them again.

I used kabbee for the first time and my experience was remarkable. My taxi arrived on time. The driver showed lot of courtesy and brilliant customer service. I will definitely be putting your app on my Facebook wall for people to try. Please pass info to driver. He picked me up from Purley way at 5am on Friday, arrived on time and kept in contact while on his way.

Unreliable. My booking was cancelled just before the pick up time because (I quote) "there was no driver in the area". Even though I booked the cab hours in advance and the booking was confirmed?!
Have asked for a refund and will never use this company ever again!

Fine when the cab actually turns up but…
Fine when the cab actually turns up but the booking process is a nightmare. Kabbee maps don't seem to recognise postcodes or road names (central London) and addresses come up completely differently to google maps which means drivers are sent to the wrong pick up points.

The price was reasonable
The price was reasonable, sadly my driver had a lot of road range and an unfortunate use of language toward other drivers. He seemed nervous and unprofessional in that he stopped for fuel adding 15minutes to what was already going to be a long journey due to rush hour.
My driver did call me to say he had arrived and overall I am pleased with the service.

Arranged 7.30 pick up well in advanced. But here I am 25 minutes later still waiting for driver to arrive as he is delayed in traffic. I just don't get it.
